Sending a new Instant Message
In order to send a new message, you must first select the user you want to send it to.
In Windows, this can usually be done by double clicking on the user's name anywhere you see it listed in DBabble.
In a Web Browser, you can click on any occurrence of the user's name which is a normal web browser link.
In both cases, there should be such links available in your contacts list.
If the user you want to send a message to is not an existing contact, then you can find them using the Find User feature.
You can then type in the message you want to send and click the Send button.

Sending a File to Another User
DBabble also allows you to send files to other users. This is done by choosing a filename to attach to any instant message you send.
Just click on the Browse button at the bottom of the message you are typing to select the file you want to send.
Individual files you send are limited in size to at most 2,048 KB.
Keep in mind when sending large files, that although users on this DBabble server have unlimited disk storage available, users on other DBabble servers may be limited to the amount of disk space they can use for receiving incoming messages.
If a user does not have enough disk space to receive your message, you will be told that your message could not be sent.
